Shipping Policy

We want to be straightforward about how shipping works at WEARAGEX — what to expect, how long things take, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. If you place an order over a weekend or on a public holiday, processing will begin on the next working day. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery across India takes between 5 and 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery, where available, takes 2 to 3 business days. These are estimates based on typical courier performance and can occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather delays or high-volume periods at logistics hubs.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders above Rs 999. Orders below that amount are subject to a flat shipping fee of Rs 49. Express delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Where We Deliver

We deliver across India. To check whether your pin code is serviceable, simply enter your delivery address at checkout. If your area is not currently covered, the checkout will let you know.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email or SMS along with the name of the courier partner handling your delivery. You can use that number on the courier's website or app to follow your parcel in real time.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received anything, please contact us within 48 hours at wearagex@gmail.com. We will raise a query with the courier on your behalf and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the product as soon as you open it, and email them to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
