We are a small team and we read every message ourselves. There is no automated system deciding whether your question is worth a reply — an actual person looks at every email that comes in. So if something is on your mind, whether it is about an order, a product, a sizing question, or general feedback, just write to us. We will get back to you.

How to Reach Us

The best way to contact us is by email at wearagex@gmail.com. We are available Monday through Saturday, 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening, Indian Standard Time. We aim to respond to every message within 24 to 48 business hours. If your query is about a specific order, including your order number in the message will help us get back to you faster.

What We Can Help With

Most people write to us about orders — tracking, delivery timelines, something that has not arrived when expected. We can help with all of that. We also regularly hear from people with questions about sizing, which fabric a particular product is made from, or whether a certain style is coming back in stock. All reasonable questions and we are happy to answer them.

If something went wrong with your order — wrong item, damaged product, a return you want to initiate — please reach out as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly. The sooner we know, the sooner we can fix it.

Feedback

We genuinely want to know what you think. If a product exceeded your expectations, that is good to hear. If something fell short, we want to know that too. WEARAGEX is a brand that is still growing and your feedback directly influences what we do next — what we improve, what we keep, and what we rethink. Do not hesitate to share it.
