Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse the store, choose the product and size you want, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation by email once your order is placed.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets including Paytm and PhonePe. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes and cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will likely have already moved into processing and we may not be able to make adjustments. Please email us at wearagex@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and include your order number.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes between 5 and 7 business days across India. Express delivery may be available at checkout for certain pin codes, with an estimated delivery of 2 to 3 business days.

Is there a free shipping option?

Yes. Orders above Rs 999 qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below that amount.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use that number to follow your delivery through the courier partner's platform.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has all its original tags, and is in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at wearagex@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions for sending the item back.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every product sold on WEARAGEX is quality checked before it is dispatched. What you see is what you get.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the measurements listed on the individual product page. If you are between sizes, it is generally safer to size up. You can also email us if you have a specific question about a product's fit and we will help you decide.
