WEARAGEX is a small team with a clear point of view. We are building a fashion brand that takes design seriously, treats its customers honestly, and does not overcomplicate things. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to spend your working hours, we would like to hear from you.

We are growing, and that means we are occasionally looking for people who bring real skills, genuine curiosity, and a sense of ownership to the work they do. We do not have a long list of open positions posted at all times. Instead, we prefer to hear from people directly — find out who they are, what they are good at, and whether there is something we can build together.

What Kind of People We Look For

We are drawn to people who are good at what they do and honest about what they do not know yet. People who care about quality, not just output. People who can work independently but communicate clearly when they need something. We are a small operation, which means everyone here makes a real contribution — there is not much room for passengers, but there is a lot of room to grow.

Areas We Hire In

The roles we typically need people for include fashion curation and merchandising, digital marketing, customer support, graphic design, and logistics and operations. If your background does not fit neatly into one of those categories but you think you have something to offer, say so anyway. We are open to conversations that do not fit a standard template.

Internships

We also work with interns from time to time. If you are early in your career and want hands-on experience in fashion, e-commerce, or marketing, write to us and tell us specifically what you are hoping to learn and how you think you could contribute during your time with us.
